My approach focuses on improving posture, movement efficiency, balance, and physical resilience; key factors shown by research to support productivity, mental clarity, and daily comfort. Through targeted strength, mobility, balance, and behavior modification strategies, I address imbalances caused by prolonged sitting, stress, and aging, while also supporting migraine management through exercise-based regulation.
